Jennifer E. Williams, Ed.D., P.C., N.C.C. UC Surgeons is pleased that Dr. Williams has accepted the position of Program Manager for Out of the Crossfire. Her focus is on providing victims of gun violence with access to support services so they will seek a better way of life over retaliation. Based on a psycho-social assessment of each program client, she will identify life-enhancing services to support their ability to make positive choices for a better quality of life. A native Cincinnatian, Dr. Williams is a graduate of Walnut Hills High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph and did graduate work at Xavier University (M. Ed.) and the University of Cincinnati (Ed.D.). Her areas of specialization are Counselor Education and Supervision with an emphasis on cultural competencies. |
Dr. Williams was with Procter & Gamble for 18 years in the Market/Consumer Research Division and in the Employee Assistance Program. She went on to become UC's Associate Director of the Evaluation Services Center for five years and served as a Program Evaluator for the Cincinnati Public Schools for two years.
As President of J. E. Williams and Associates, LLC, an education and social research consulting firm, Dr. Williams helps businesses "walk the talk" of their mission/vision statements. She has a passion for helping organizations make data-informed decisions and build continuous feedback/ improvement systems.
